Q1: Is there an electrical component with this smoker to feed the briquettes?
A: Yes, there is an electrical component that feeds the briquettes every 20 minutes.
Q2: How can the temperature on this item be regulated with the unit unattended?
A: There is a heat control on the Bradley Smoker. If you slide the dial all the way to the left you can do a cold smoke. If you slide it all the way to the right it will heat up to 320. You can control the temperature with the dial.
Q3: Does this item rely on the briquettes for heat, or is there a place to burn charcoal or wood?
A: The Original Bradley Smoker can only be used with the briquettes. There is a dial on the Smoker that controls the heat
