Switch to tapping mode to choose from seven different massage actions, including:

These massage actions cover all parts of your body. Be sure to massage your shoulders, between the shoulders blades and the lower back. There are two pre-programs with variable speed control so you can have strong or gentle vibrations. The shoulders course gives strong stimulation on areas where your muscle is thick, whereas the neck area course gives weak stimulations to areas where nerves are concentrated. Tapping rate is 260 to 1200 times per minute (two-step adjustment).
