Resistance Anchor Cable

The Resistance Anchor cable system, featuring six different resistance levels, is designed for use in conjunction with the Resistance Chair. Engineered for reliability and safety, this system features multi-band cables and soft, sturdy handles with a foam-covered grip and nylon strap. These handles remain comfortable at all wrist angles during a wide variety of exercises. The color-coded cable ends correspond to six different levels of resistance, each one representing an increase in resistance of approximately 2.5 pounds on the previous level. Level 9 is also ideal for isometric resistance exercises. Each set consists of two Anchor Cables that can easily be snapped on to the chair or changed as needed. Please note that the Resistance Chair's standard equipment includes the Level 5 cables.
