Uniden CEZAI998 Corded/Cordless Phone System

The Uniden CEZAI998 Corded/Cordless Phone System includes two handset styles: corded base and cordless handset with charging cradle. Large backlit keypads and displays make it easy to see the numbers, while a visual ringer lets you know when the phone is ringing, even with the ringer volume turned off. The speakerphone and handsets allow you to adjust volume to the level you desire.

With the corded base, you have the safety and security to make and receive calls during a power failure. It features a speakerphone with an eight-level volume adjustment. The corded handset has a four-level volume adjustment. The integrated answering machine utilizes microchip technology for clearer recordings and longer life. Caller ID Announce on the base speaks the name of the caller.

The full-featured cordless handset provides more convenience, as it may be used in any room that has AC power and does not require a telephone line. It has a four-level earpiece volume adjustment with Audio Boost that boosts high-frequency tones. Turn on AutoTalk and answer the phone simply by lifting the cordless handset; no need to press any keys before answering your incoming call. Connect an optional headset for the freedom of wireless, hands-free calling.

This phone system also features a one-touch emergency dial key that comes with 911 pre-programmed. It can be reprogrammed to speed dial another special emergency number. Other features include an intercom system between the base and cordless handset and conference calling between three people with the base, cordless handset, and outside line.
