These drawers feature French dovetail construction, wood-on-wood guides, and glue blocking for reliable performance. Our leaf metal accents and drawer pulls are individually handcrafted to ensure quality and casual good looks.
We construct each Countryside Armoire for a lifetime of use, with solid pine and select pine veneers. All drawer and door fronts are crafted of solid pine as well. Our intensive finishing process includes two protective topcoats, burnishing, and hand-padding. We then add subtle highlights and use dry brushing and antiquing techniques to achieve this distinctive look.

The story of Vaughan Furniture started in 1923 on a small farm in southwest Virginia with two brothers, Taylor G. and Bunyan C. Vaughan. Along with their families, they set out to build a furniture manufacturing business that would survive the Great Depression to become the established Vaughan family legacy that endures today.
